Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Voice of Wheels app and service, run by Solution Infotech India Pvt. Ltd., Delhi, India ("we", "us"). By registering or using Voice of Wheels you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

YouTube Terms of Service

Voice of Wheels uses YouTube API Services to publish approved videos and to show videos from our YouTube channel. By using Voice of Wheels, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Who can use Voice of Wheels

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must give true information when you register, and use your own mobile number and Google account.
• One account per person. You are responsible for what is sent from your account.

Your videos

• Send only videos you recorded yourself, about real problems you or other drivers face.
• Never record while your vehicle is moving. Park safely first.
• Follow our content guidelines. Do not send anything abusive, false, or that shares other people's personal details.
• You are responsible for what you say in your videos, titles and descriptions.

Your profile photo

A profile photo is optional. If you add one, it must be a photo of yourself, and must not be offensive, misleading or someone else's picture. It is shown in the app only, never on YouTube; other app users see it next to your videos unless you switch that off in your Profile. We may remove a photo that breaks these rules, and may stop you adding photos if it happens again.

Permission to publish

You keep ownership of your videos. By sending a video, you give Solution Infotech India Pvt. Ltd. a free, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to review it, edit its title and description, publish it on the Voice of Wheels YouTube channel, keep it there, and share links to it. You agree that a published video will be public, and will show your handle, the state and city, and anything visible or audible in the video.

You confirm that you have the right to give this permission, and that people who can be clearly identified in your video are happy to appear in it.

Review and publishing

• Every video is reviewed before publishing. We decide whether to publish a video, and we do not promise to publish any video.
• If a video is rejected, we tell you the reason in the app. Some reasons count as violations of our content guidelines.
• You can withdraw a video while it is waiting for review. Once published, you can ask us to remove it from our channel, and we will consider the request.
• We may remove a published video from our channel at any time.

Limits and blocking

To keep reviews fair and timely, there are limits on how many videos can wait for review and how many can be sent each day. These are shown in the app and may change. If you repeatedly break our content guidelines, or misuse the service, we may stop you from uploading or close your account.

Your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us. Some information is kept after deletion, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

The service

• Voice of Wheels is free to use. Mobile data charges from your operator may apply.
• We may change, pause or stop the service, or any part of it, at any time.
• The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Solution Infotech India Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of Voice of Wheels, including any action taken by others because of a published video. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using Voice of Wheels after a change, you accept the new terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Delhi.
