Content guidelines
Last updated: 12 October 2026
Every video is reviewed before it is published. These guidelines explain what we accept, and what happens when a video is rejected.
Safety first
Never record while your vehicle is moving. Park safely first, then record. Videos recorded while driving are rejected and count against your account.
What we publish
- Real problems drivers face on the road: road conditions, unsafe or missing facilities, harassment, delays or unfair treatment at check posts, unpaid dues, and similar issues.
- Clear, honest accounts in your own words, recorded in the app.
What we do not publish
A video is rejected for any of these reasons. The first three count as violations of these guidelines:
- Abusive or offensive content: insults, hate speech, threats, obscenity. Counts as a violation.
- Other people's personal details: phone numbers, addresses, identity documents, or anything that would let a private person be traced. Counts as a violation.
- Recorded while driving. Counts as a violation.
- Not related to drivers' issues.
- Poor video or audio quality, so the problem cannot be understood.
- A duplicate of an earlier video.
- Anything else unsuitable for publishing, at our reviewers' judgement; the reviewer decides whether it counts as a violation, and tells you why.
Limits and blocking
- You can have up to 3 videos waiting for review at a time, and send up to 3 videos a day.
- After more than 5 rejections that count as violations, your account can no longer upload videos. You can still sign in and watch. Our team can lift the block on request.
